Technology Councils of North America Announces New International Board Executive Committee

Sewickley, Penn., July 22, 2025 – The Technology Councils of North America (TECNA) is pleased to announce the election of its three new Executive Committee members on the international Board of Directors. These new Executive Committee Members were ratified during TECNA’s 2025 Summer Conference last week in Montreal.

The new members of TECNA’s Executive Committee consists of Board Chair, Dean Miller, President and CEO of the Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies, Vice-Chair, Brian Waller, President, Technology Association of Iowa, and Treasurer, Kara Lowe, CEO, KC Tech Council. Two are continuing in their Executive Committee terms: Vice-Chair, Christina Fox, CEO of the Tech Alliance of Southwestern Ontario, and Secretary, Sara Fraim, CEO of the Mass Technology Leadership Council.

Each Executive Committee member has proven their strong devotion to the TECNA community with proven commitment to use their best practices to better their organizations supporting the innovation-driven ecosystem of North America.
