Technology Councils of North America Announces New International Board Directors
Sewickley, Penn., March 25, 2026 – The Technology Councils of North America (TECNA) is pleased to announce the election four new members to the international Board of Directors. These new board directors were ratified during TECNA’s 2026 Member Business Meeting last week.
The new members of TECNA’s Board of Directors include Emily Allen, Executive Director, Tech Nebraska, and Joelle Foster, President & CEO, North Forge of Winnipeg, Canada, beginning terms immediately. Also elected were Skip Newberry, President & CEO, Technology Association of Oregon and Mason Rainey, Senior Vice President, Technology Association of Georgia, beginning terms in July 2026.
Each newly elected Board Director has proven their dedication to the TECNA community consistently sharing resources to support their fellow organizations, further supporting the innovation-driven ecosystem of North America.
