Technology Councils of North America Announces New Board and Executive Committee Members 

 

Sewickley, Penn., August 21, 2024 – The Technology Councils of North America (TECNA) is pleased to announce the election of its four new board members and six new Executive Committee members. These new Board and Executive Committee Members were ratified during TECNA’s 2024 Summer Conference in early August.

The new Board Members consist of Zakiyyah Ali, Executive Director of the Tech Council of Delaware, Chris Berry, President & CEO of OhioX, Elise Cambournac, President and CEO of Nashville Technology Council, and Kelly Schulz, CEO of the Maryland Technology Council.

In addition, the new Executive Committee consists of Board Chair, Michael Schutzler, CEO of the Washington Technology Industry Association, Vice Chair, Dean Miller, President and CEO of the Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies, Vice Chair, Christina Fox, CEO of the Tech Alliance of Southwestern Ontario, Treasurer, Larry Williams, President and CEO of the Technology Association of Georgia, and Secretary, Sara Fraim, CEO of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council.

Each new Board and Executive Committee member has proved their strong dedication to the TECNA community with promising devotion to use their best practices to better their organizations supporting the technology economy of North America.

“I am very proud that Zakiyyah, Chris, Elise and Kelly have joined our board,” said Michael Schutzler, Chair of TECNA and President and CEO of Washington Technology Industry Association. “Their expertise will help us guide TECNA to better serve our members in the United States and Canada. TECNA represents more than 22,000 companies which means we have many opportunities to create more jobs and help foster thriving communities all over North America. I can't imagine better people to help us in that effort than this new cohort of board members."
