North Forge is a non-profit incubator accelerator that works with startups across Canada in technology, STEM and advanced manufacturing from the ideation stages all the way through to acceleration. As the innovation partner for the Province of Manitoba, we fuel the innovation economy, providing founders with experienced mentors, entrepreneurs-in-residence, growth coaches and a unique, online four-stage Founders program.

Since 2020, we have worked with over 300 companies who have created over 1,480 jobs. Armed with North America’s largest fabrication lab (FabLab™), we operate out of 29,500 square feet across Innovation Drive and Innovation Alley in Winnipeg; including, a 4,000 sq foot fabrication lab in Thompson, Manitoba.

North Forge is an incubator accelerator and a powerhouse entrepreneur community fuelling Manitoba’s innovative science-based, technology-enabled, and advanced manufacturing startups. We curate resources to help entrepreneurs solve problems in real time and reduce the cost and risk of innovation.
