The Technology Council of Central PA is looking for its next President & CEO. Interested candidates should have prior senior level nonprofit management experience, preferably working with a 501(c)6 membership association. They should be an independent self-starter who has mastered multi-tasking, thrives in the face of adversity and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. They should have a strong foundational knowledge of and experience in financial operations, program development & implementation, member/volunteer engagement, cultivation of strategic partnerships and new/renewing revenue generation/business development tactics. While a technology background is not required, a strong appreciation for the challenges and opportunities facing the technology industry and technologists in various industries throughout Central PA is expected. This is a full-time, fully remote position with an expectation that they live within driving distance of Harrisburg, PA and attend regular in-person meetings, programs, and events throughout the organization’s Central PA footprint.
