Bridging the gap between employers and education is a powerful role TECNA members can play in their communities - especially as it pertains to AI curriculum development. Utilizing best practices obtained through benchmarking with their TECNA peers, the Idaho Technology Council (ITC) has developed a two-pronged approach to bridge the gap in AI between employers and education. With their TECNA peers they included in the process, the ITC team will present their journey and this replicable best practice in this session with TECNA members.
